The coordination group
The Coordination group consists of 4 (four) representatives
(two from each country). The composition of the group may change on a rotational
basis or be extended in the case that new members commit to the agreement.The
coordination group will carry out the following tasks:
- Collect information from the participating institutions, facilitate teacher
placements and supervise the exchanges;
- Draft the protocol concerning activities (see Annex 1) carried out during
the exchanges and adjust it in due course;
- Elaborate tools and identify criteria for the evaluation of the exchanges;
- Draft the programme of the evaluation/dissemination seminar;
- Monitor all the phases of the exchange;
- Provide assistance in the organization of the annual evaluation/dissemination
seminar.
In order to carry out the above mentioned tasks the coordination group will
meet twice a year before the beginning of each session of exchange. Each
signatory institution will contribute to the expenses of the coordination
group in proportion to the number of teachers participating in the exchange
each year.
